K103 is Kahnawake based First Nations community talk radio owned by Mohawk Radio Kahnawake Association. CKRK-FM traces its roots back to March 1981 when Conway Jocks alongside Mohawk Radio Broadcasting set up an FM (CKRK)on a frequency of 103.5 MHz. 50-watt transmitter would serve Kahnawake reserve and other Montreal areas to the South shore of St. Lawrence. English language would be the medium however, Mohawk would also on and off included in the programming. It started with Country as its format and in the middle made switches to AC and Hip Hop. Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission allowed K103 the frequency change to 103.7 MHz in April 1994 and approved for increase in ERP to 250 w. The assets of the broadcaster (K103) were transferred to a then unincorporated company from Conway Jocks in 1994.

Rechristened station branded as K103 was launched in July 2008 with revamped and entirely new programming. At present K 103.7 is broadcasting community interest programs as a First Nations non-profit community radio for the Kahnawake Mohawk Territory and hosts country music during weekend slots.
