CIRA-FM-1 100.3 is the broadcast relay station of religious format station in Montreal named Radio VM (Est. 1994) or Radio Ville-Marie 91.3 FM. Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission approved the station on June 1, 1992; frequency and ERP allotted would be 100.3 MHz and 2,300 watts respectively. The repeater was opened on Sep 20, 1998 on a frequency of 100.3 FM from Sherbrooke and is rebroadcasting the content produced at main channel RVM since then. Presently, transmitter is fully active along with its three other sister rebroadcasters at Trois-Rivières, Victoriaville and Rimouski.
