ICI Musique - CBFX-FM Montreal CBFX-FM-1 is a rebroadcast transmitter of CBFX-FM 100.7 active in Greater Montreal Area. The satellite started its operations on July 21, 1977. Transmitter site was changed from Drummondville to Trois-Rivières and ERP was decreased to 47,000 w in 1983. 104.3 MHz was the frequency adapted by the FM. Wattage was once again reduced to 38,400 watts in 1986. The transmitter was moved 1.9 Km northeast of the original site in 2002. CRTC on April 25, 2013 approved amends in the license of the Ici Musique rebroadcaster according to which the repeater along with its Sherbrooke sister would 20 minutes of local programming each week. Power of the facility was also increased to 100,000 w max and 45,500 watts (avg.) in the same decision. Best French hits and classique music including pop, chanson, trad, Jazz, blues, Alternatif and others are offered to audiences. You can listen the Class C1 station online.
