The station was launched on Oct 3, 2008 after the foundation of its parent organization on June 29, 2008 by Fr. Gallardo who was a member of various broadcasting organizations. To spread the good news to all the creation as mentioned in the holy book was the mission of the station. The approval was given by N.T.C. Regional Director Amadeo Y.Yabes on July 17, 2008 to begin the construction of the facilities. The media came as a new way for the Parish Priest to reach his followers and promote evangelization and thus peace and harmony in the society. Meanwhile transmitter and antenna were purchased by the founder’s sister from United States and were received by the organization on Aug 15, 2008. 102.3 MHz was the frequency adopted by the Christian station. Manaoag radio was launched online on Oct 4, 2008 with the help of Mr. Wilson Chua.
