106.3 Moose FM launched on July 12, 2006 is a North Bay radio station owned by Vista Broadcast Group. Classic Hits format radio was approved on Aug 11, 2005 when Haliburton Broadcasting Inc. got permissions to set up a FM station on a frequency of 106.3 MHz using an ERP of 10,000 w. CFXN-FM, meant to be a country music radio, singed on air on July 12, 2006 featuring Adult Classic Hits format form its studios at 118 Main Street East. Format was switched to Hot AC hits in 2012.

Vista Radio Ltd. was approved to acquire the assets of Haliburton Broadcasting Group Inc. on October 19, 2012. In August 2013 the format was again changed to Classic Hits. Originally licensed in 2005 by CRTC the CFXN-FM is currently owned by Vista is active with a team consisting of Regional Cluster GM Peter Hobbs, program director Ryan Griffiths and other staff including Mike Monaghan, Carleigh Bodrug – the personalities linked with the content hosted.
