99.9 myFM launched on July 13, 2011 is an AC station owned by My Broadcasting Corporation operating in Gananoque, ON. The commercial radio was approved by CRTC on June 23, 2010; the station would broadcast on a frequency of 99.9 MHz using an ERP of 1,490 w. The English language station was first commercial radio in the town to air a mix of oldies, AC and country. At least 14 hours of content will be dedicated to local content including newscasts and spoken word programs. License was granted for a six year term and would expire on Aug 31, 2016. After some signal tests the channel singed on air on July 13, 2013 as 99.9 my FM. Audiences can have the station online with community events, contests (Billy Talent Ballot Boxes, Cash FX), events, Gananoque’s local news, online extras and a lot of great music.
