Jewel 99.3 Meaford is an Adult Contemporary variety format station owned and operated by Evanov Communications founded by Bill Evanov. Lite & Refreshing is the catchphrase of the station. CRTC gave yes to Dufferin Communications Inc. solely owned by Evanov on Jan 22, 2014 to set up a commercial FM in Meaford; it would operate on a frequency of 99.3 MHz using an ERP of 0.1 kw. The channel would initially offer an Easy Listening and AC format with 126 hour of local content out of which 18 would be dedicated to spoken word and another six-odd to newscasts.
