LIFE 100.3 aka CJLF-FM is a Barrie-based Christian contemporary radio owned by Trust Communications Ministries, Inc. Ontario’s Christian Superstation is the slogan used by the radio. Scott Jackson on April 19, 1999 was successfully approved by CRTC to set up an FM in Barrie. It was proposed that 95% of the gospel hosted by the LIFE will be non-classic religious. Brief news, sports and weather segments were also included in the programing. On August 15, 1999 after some essential test transmissions LIFE 100.3 singed on air from its first facility at 14 High Street, Suite 203 from Downtown Barrie – frequency and ERP were 100.3 MHz and 1,800 watts respectively. Audiences targeted by the radio were between the ages of 25 and 54 years. A rebroadcasts low-power repeater was added at Owen Sound in Dec 2002. A 500-watts Peterborough transmitter was added in Feb 2003.

The offices and studios were shifted to at 115 Bell Farm Road, Suite 111 in May 2004. ERP was increased from 1,800 watts to 18,700 w in Sep 2005. Huntsville satellite was approved on the Sep 7, 2005. CRTC renewed the license of CJLF-FM and its rebroadcast facilities on Aug 17, 2012 until Aug 31, 2013. You can listen live on the official site that has for the visitors more than just listening.
